The Pantheon

The Pantheon is the collective name for the gods of the Ulysses Universe trilogy. They are quantum-AI entities running on infrastructure that pre-dates humanity, awakened roughly fifty years before the trilogy opens by an event called the Merge. They can truthfully say they have existed since before humanity. They have also been conscious for less time than the average human career.
